Responsibilities
- Generate business through door knocking, running leads, & generating referrals.
- Conduct roof & exterior inspections, documenting damages
- Provide professional roofing and construction estimates to prospects.
- Collect signed agreements and payments to initiate projects.
- Provide proper documentation to the production team to start roofing projects.
- Be present at roofing projects to answer customer questions & offer services to neighbors.
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications
- No prior roofing sales experience required.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Driven and goal-oriented.
- Must have a vehicle, valid driver’s license, and insurance.
- Ability to carry and climb a ladder and work at heights
- Previous sales experience preferred.
