Responsibilities
- Commute between Job Sites to Manage Materials & Logistics
- Ensure crews follow installation standards and OSHA guidelines
- Order Materials & Coordinate Deliveries
- Manage Scheduling & Recruit Crews as needed
- Handle Minor Repairs or Maintenance on roofs or exteriors
- Update Project Notes in our Database
- Prepare monthly Reports on Project Progress
- Conduct Final Inspections & Complete Post-Production Checklists
- Address Warranty Issues & Complete Final Documentation
Requirements
- Fluent in both English & Spanish
- Strong Organizational & Communication skills
- Ability to Lift & Carry Heavy Materials
Preferred:
- Experience in Roofing or Construction
